Steve Moore

Steve focuses on setting the strategic direction of the company and promoting the advantages and culture of employee ownership.  Working closely with the board of directors and the Parman Leadership Team, he ensures a sharp focus on creating a safe working environment and fulfilling Parman’s commitment to exceeding expectations.

His business strategy is also a personal one: Embrace change, because every organization must grow flexibly to react to a changing business environment, and leaders must provide the highest degree of stability while managing growth and change.

Steve and his wife Julie live in Brentwood, Tennessee and are proud parents three grown children.  They enjoy sailing and world exploration
